If your refurbished phone or tablet doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receipt to return it for a refund.

To qualify for the satisfaction guarantee:

1. Notify customer support within 30 days of receipt.
2. Return the product in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and the purchase invoice.
